Marc Rogoff Speaks with Recyclist Podcast
Marc Rogoff, PhD, CEP, who recently earned the 2025 Solid Waste Association of North America Robert L. Lawrence Distinguished Service Award, spoke with the Recyclist Podcast about his years of experience in the solid waste industry.
Marc is a Senior Consultant based in Florida with more than 40 years of experience who focuses on solid waste management as a public agency manager and consultant. He has managed hundreds of projects across the United States, supporting clients with waste collection studies, facility feasibility assessments, facility site selection, property acquisition, environmental permitting, solid waste facility benchmarking, bid and RFP evaluation, contract negotiation, and bond financings. In addition, he develops operation plans, ordinances, solid waste plans, financial assessments, rate studies, audits, and construction procurement documents.
The weekly podcast is presented by Diamond Scientific, a provider of advanced gas analyzers and safety equipment for clinical research, environmental monitoring, and hazardous material applications, with a focus on biogas, landfill gas, and medical gas analysis.
