The conference is on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET in Washington, Pennsylvania.
Kaylin is an Engineer based in Pennsylvania who focuses on PFAS fate and transport, passive sampling, bioaccumulation, and groundwater and sediments. In addition to her consulting work, she has conducted research to develop a sampler to measure PFAS in subsurface porewater, to better understand PFAS contamination of crops due to agricultural reuse of effluent wastewater, and to examine bioaccumulation of PFAS in soil invertebrates.
The PIOGATech PFAS/Water & Waste Management Training is hosted by PIOGA’s Environmental Committee. This full-day training includes multiple presentations on PFAS, along with presentations addressing water, spill prevention, and various other environmental issues.
PIOGA is a member-driven organization of oil and natural gas producers, drilling contractors, service companies, manufacturers, distributors, professional firms and consultants, pipelines, and others with interests in the success of Pennsylvania’s oil and gas industry.
About the Presentation
Kaylin’s presentation highlights key concerns and risks that PFAS pose to the industry and provides important regulatory updates, best management and due diligence practices, and investigation methods to help operators maintain compliance and increase awareness of how PFAS could impact their exploration, production, and transmission work.
