Jean is a Senior Professional Consultant based in Colorado with more than 20 years of experience focused on water resources, stormwater management and compliance, and municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) management. She often applies her skillset to help mining clients address water quality at their sites. Jean is one of two Certified Professionals in Municipal Stormwater Management in Colorado.
Billur is an Engineer based in Georgia who specializes in construction stormwater management, flocculant applications at job sites, and stormwater inspections using unmanned aerial systems (UASs). She works as part of multidisciplinary teams to manage stormwater during and after construction, design erosion and sediment control plans, and support National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting and compliance.
The IECA Annual Conference and Expo brings together sediment-control professionals, stormwater-management experts, environmental engineers, consultants, researchers, and others to discuss innovative solutions and best practices regarding erosion and sediment control and stormwater management.
