Brandon is a Principal Engineer based in Texas with more than 15 years of experience in hydraulics and hydrology. He focuses on green infrastructure and nature-based solutions, modeling and analysis of flood risk mitigation, erosion and sedimentation analyses, and providing litigation support for complex environmental cases.
Billur is an Engineer based in Georgia who specializes in construction stormwater management, flocculant applications at job sites, and stormwater inspections using unmanned aerial systems. She helps manage stormwater during and after construction, design erosion and sediment control plans, and support National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting and compliance.
Brian is a Senior Staff Professional based in Florida who supports geotechnical, geoenvironmental, and stormwater management projects throughout Florida. He has conducted research to improve erosion and sediment control practices and plans on construction projects.
The IECA Conference and Expo brings together sediment-control professionals, stormwater-management experts, environmental engineers, consultants, researchers, and others to discuss innovative solutions and best practices regarding erosion, sediment control, and stormwater management.
