The event will be hosted by the Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) of California. Geosyntec is an annual sponsor of the event and is sponsoring the Welcome Reception.
Max is a Principal Engineer based in Oregon who focuses on stormwater infrastructure, sustainable design, and water resources engineering. This includes watershed master planning, stormwater science, and project planning, design, operations, and maintenance.
Ryan is a Senior Staff Professional based in California who focuses on sampling and analysis techniques and mathematical modeling. He supervises and leads field work, including long-term monitoring projects and Environmental Sequence Stratigraphy (ESS) applications.
Rick is a Senior Principal Geologist based in California with more than 30 years of experience focused on developing improved understandings of subsurface conditions to address contaminated sites and support groundwater management programs. Rick developed ESS, a geology-focused approach to defining groundwater flow and contaminant migration pathways.
Wayne is a Staff Professional based in California who focuses on modeling interactions between human-water management decisions and water resources. With expertise in hydrogeology, statistics, and data science, she supports a variety of projects involving groundwater modeling, water-resources management, and remediation evaluation.
Gordon is a Principal Hydrogeologist based in California with more than 30 years of experience focused on evaluating geological and hydrogeological conditions, often through quantitative analysis of groundwater flow and soil-gas exchange. He has developed groundwater-flow models to assess water resources, engineering design alternatives, and remedial options for projects throughout the United States.
GRA of California is dedicated to resource management that protects and improves groundwater supply and quality through education and technical leadership.
