Emmie Chen, PE; Jason Conder, PhD, IBERAD; and Travis Kline, MEM, BCES, will contribute to the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) Fall Conference on October 14 through 16, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 

Geosyntec’s Nandra Weeks, Rica Enriquez, and Rishab Mahajan will also attend. Geosyntec will also sponsor one of the Expert Insight Panels. 

Emmie is a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer based in Georgia with more than 15 years of experience focused on site investigation and remediation, contaminant fingerprinting, and source identification, as well as site history forensics and environmental cost allocation at complex upland and sediment sites.   

Jason is a Senior Principal Scientist based in California with more than 20 years of experience focused on risk assessment and contaminated sediments in contaminated site assessment and management, environmental toxicology, and ecological and human health risk assessment.  

Travis is a Senior Principal Environmental Toxicologist based in Washington, DC, with more than 25 years of experience focused on human health risk assessment and applied toxicology. He offers expertise in litigation support developing novel approaches and solutions to the characterization of problematic exposures.
