Cheryl is a Principal Chemical Engineer in the Geosyntec’s Sydney office with more than 18 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation, human health risk assessments, and site audits. She has participated in more than 100 audits for New South Wales and other Australian states. In addition to contaminated land audits, Cheryl also conducts Independent Environmental Audits to meet State Significant Development and State Significant Infrastructure requirements.
Contaminated land site auditors are accredited through the NSW EPA in a very stringent staged process. Auditors review the work of site contamination consultants and provide site audit reports. Including Cheryl, Geosyntec now has five NSW EPA Accredited Auditors providing statutory and non-statutory auditing services across Australia.
