All Geosyntec suppliers can get started in Coupa by taking two initial steps: setting up a Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) profile (if you don’t already use Coupa) and submitting a Geosyntec Information Request. This page will help you understand these steps, walk you through basic tasks in Coupa, troubleshoot issues, and understand how to get help.

CSP Registration

If you have a user who cannot see Geosyntec in the Information Requests dropdown or submit invoices to Geosyntec, follow this guidance.

How to Update Remit To Address and/or Payment Method
Geosyntec requires that the remit-to address reflected in your Coupa profile be consistent with the remit-to address indicated on all submitted invoices.
Remit-to address and/or payment method updates require a two-step process: (1) Ensure the correct legal entity and associated payment method are established on your Coupa profile and shared with Geosyntec (2) Completion of the Geosyntec update form.
