Wade Burcham Joins Geosyntec to Lead the Water and Natural Resources Practice in Mobile, Alabama

Wade Burcham, P.E. (Alabama) has joined Geosyntec as a Principal Water Resources Engineer to lead the firm's water and natural resources practice in Mobile, Alabama.

Wade brings his clients more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering as an engineering designer, municipal permit engineer, and developer. He is fluent in design techniques and standards for grading, drainage, and utility projects for residential, industrial, and commercial development. In addition, Wade has served as engineer of record on thousands of feet of restoration projects.

Recognized for his practice excellence, Wade earned the 2013 Green Organisation's Green Apple Project Award; the 2013 Alabama Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Alabama; the 2014 Project Award from the Partners in Environmental Progress; and the 2015 Civil Engineer of the Year Award from the Mobile Area Council of Engineers.

At Geosyntec, Wade will focus on the firm's water and natural resources practice along the Gulf Coast by providing technical support, project management, and leadership. He will collaborate closely with senior professionals throughout the firm, with a focus on assisting clients in the municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors. Wade will also provide restoration expertise to clients in the Mobile Bay area.
